License to operate

For a tech-consultancy firm, we performed a thorough competitive analysis and advised on the best approach to enter the Dutch market. Subsequently we took care of their ‘license to operate’ and set up the framework to get started. Within 6 weeks we handled the legal formalities, arranged the necessary interfaces (e.g. tax office, bank, Chamber of Commerce) and put the administrative organization in place. Furthermore, we found the right business location. After that, we searched and found a managing partner for our client, who is now looking back on a successful go2market project:

“The Branch Unlimited team consists of entrepreneurs instead of consultants. They know what they are talking about and what is important to us as a company. We were able to work efficiently during the project and didn't have to waste our time on side issues.”
